swissnet Group strengthens and aligns global technology group structure Berg, Switzerland – 1 September 2025 – The swissnet Group (ISIN: CH0451123589 – Ticker: MLBMD), a leading provider of ICT solutions, is undertaking a comprehensive adjustment of its leadership and organizational structure to fully reflect the current global technology expansion across the infrastructure and software segment. As part of the continued Group’s leadership strengthening, Christian Legros will assume the role of Chairman of the Board with immediate effect. Legros brings more than 25 years of global experience in building successful companies with extensive experience in M&A and public markets to the table. Jonathan Sauppe will continue to serve as CEO, maintaining responsibility for the operational business, client relationships in the German speaking (“DACH”) region and investor relations for the Group. This marks the continuation of Mr. Sauppe’s successful leadership as CEO over the past two years. Roger Tabbal will be assuming the role of Co-CEO for the Group and continue to lead the swissnet international division, encompassing swissnet MENA, swissnet APAC, and Lokalee. In his extended role, he will be responsible for the integration of artificial intelligence and software suite into the Group’s service offering under Lokalee. In addition, Ivana Koch will join swissnet Group as Chief Financial Officer. She previously served as Head of Finance & Controlling at Adnovum and brings many years of experience in financial leadership for global technology groups. Mrs. Koch will play an important role in driving the Group’s financial strategy, supporting the integration of unified processes, and ensuring strong governance across all regions. The current Co-CEO Infrastructure, Boris Tölzel, will assume the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for the DACH region further expanding his current customer relationships in the core region. While financial results will continue to be reported under the SaaS and Infrastructure business segments, regional performance will be reported separately for the DACH region and the international region, aligning with the division of responsibilities between the Group’s co-CEOs. As part of this change, Lokalee will be repositioned as the Group’s central hub for Location-Based Marketing (LBM) and SaaS development, creating the next-generation software solution. Lokalee will continue to serve as a leading innovation center within swissnet Group, supporting long-term growth in software-driven services. “These changes mark a major milestone in the evolution of the swissnet Group. With the restructured leadership team, we are streamlining our structure, unifying our processes, and positioning the company for sustainable growth in all markets. I am very happy to oversee the expansion of the Group and welcome the new executives to the Swissnet Group. My special thanks belong to Jonathan Sauppe who has led the transformation of the Group over the last two years into a global technology powerhouse and who will continue in his role as CEO. Together with Roger we are looking forward to further growing the international platform on a synergetic basis,” said Christian Legros, Chairman-elect of swissnet Group’s Board.
