Adtran Networks SE announces  results for Q3 2025

Munich, Germany. November 4, 2025. Adtran Networks SE (ISIN: DE0005103006, FSE: ADV), a leading provider of open networking solutions for the delivery of cloud and mobile services, reported unaudited financial results for Q3 2025 ending on September 30, 2025. The results have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Q3 2025 IFRS financial results

Revenue in Q3 2025 increased by 25.9% to EUR 127.6 million from EUR 101.4 million in Q3 2024. The year-over-year growth is driven by ongoing accelerated customer demand and increased investments from cloud and telecom service providers.

Pro forma gross profit in Q3 2025 increased by 20.2% to EUR 43.5 million (34.1% of revenues) from EUR 36.2 million (35.8% of revenues) in Q3 2024.

Pro forma earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) in Q3 2025 was EUR 3.8 million (3.0% of revenues), an improvement compared to a loss of EUR 4.1 million (-4.1% of revenues) in Q3 2024. The increase in profit was primarily attributed to a significant rise in revenue, which was further enhanced by a reduction in operating expenses.

The company will publish its financial results for Q4 2025 on February 26, 2026.
