VIB Vermögen AG sells two logistics centres in southern Germany

Neuburg an der Donau, 7 October 2025. VIB Vermögen AG (‘VIB’), a company specialising in the development, acquisition and management of commercial real estate, announces the sale of two logistics centres in southern Germany. These are the logistics site in Ingolstadt, Bunsenstrasse, which was sold to Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH, and the logistics site in Kösching, Zeppelinstrasse, which was sold to the MiDEAL Group. Both transactions were completed at the end of September. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase prices.

The state-of-the-art logistics centre in Ingolstadt, Bunsenstrasse 9, near the A 9 motorway, has a rental area of around 16,000 sqm, was completed in 2025, is fully let to a global logistics service provider.

The second property is the Kösching logistics centre at Zeppelinstrasse 33, built in 2020, also near the city of Ingolstadt and the A 9 motorway. Its total rental space is around 15,200 sqm. It is fully leased to companies in the automotive industry.

"We are consistently continuing the further development of VIB into a well-balanced portfolio holder of commercial real estate with a focus on logistics & light industrial and office properties.’
