Publication of the 2025 Half-Year Report

The LIBERO football finance AG announces the publication of its 2025 half-year financial report:

1. The LIBERO football finance AG closed the first half of 2025 with a result of -346.7 TEUR (-578.7 TEUR in the first half of 2024).
2. A net loss of EUR -650 thousand is expected for the full year 2025. In 2024, the net loss was EUR -783 thousand.
3. For the current 2025 financial year, the company will continue to pursue its refocused corporate strategy as an international specialist and innovator in the development of a marketplace for football financing and other services for football clubs, as well as an investor in football companies, in order to achieve a sustainable increase in company value and thus achieve economic success. The Management Board considers the company well-positioned for this and is confident about the company's future development. Initial discussions with clubs and providers have already taken place.
4. The 2025 Half-Year Report will be available for download on the company's website from approximately 9:00 a.m. at: https://libero-football-finance.com/de/investors/
