An industry-standard salary, a comprehensive onboarding program, diverse and tailor-made training opportunities, a colourful and dedicated team with exciting tasks are just some of the benefits we offer you!   You responsibilities  Analyze the current process landscape, identify pain points, and drive global harmonization, automation, simplification, and optimizationSupport the Business Process Owner (BPO) throughout the transformation process to ensure sustainable end-to-end processes and performanceDefine IT specifications for process improvements, collaborate closely with IT, and test system changesDrive and support global rollouts, communication, and user training to ensure adoption and efficiencySafeguard adherence to Business Process Management governance, documentation, and compliance standardsPromote data flow and systems integration through cross-functional alignmentFoster a mindset of continuous improvement across the organizationEnsure cost reductions and efficiency gains through process optimizationConduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support change initiativesManage complex problem-solving and proactively suggest improvementsMeasure and monitor process performance during execution  Our requirements Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in an international environmentStrong process and system understanding with end-to-end thinkingAffinity with the business, in the area of responsibilityProven ability to translate business needs into process changes and process changes into IT requirements  Experience in testing system functionalities and implementing improvementsDemonstrated ability to design and deliver process/system trainingsProven project management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a matrix organizationExpertise in SAP S4H within the relevant process domain (mandatory); experience with satellite solutions is an advantageStrong discipline in governance, documentation, and complianceAffinity for agile working methods (beyond traditional waterfall approaches)Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset, with strong stakeholder/change management experienceFluency in English (C2 Level); German, Spanish or Mandarin are an assetWillingness to travel up to 35% to Datwyler sites worldwidePlease mention in your application for which location you are applying   Ready to start?
