Press release
Changes to Mobimo’s organisational structure
Lucerne, 13 October 2025 – The Board of Directors of Mobimo Holding AG is adjusting Mobimo’s management structure. A separate division called “Acquisition” will be created, while the Executive Board will be reduced from six members to five. Christoph Egli, former Head of Property Management and member of the Executive Board, will leave Mobimo. In adjusting the management structure, the Board of Directors is aiming to ensure that Mobimo remains agile and effective in the real estate market and to make even better use of the potential synergies in operational processes. To achieve this, the structure at management level will be streamlined and will now consist of five divisions instead of the previous six: Real Estate, Development, Acquisition and, as before, Finance and the Corporate Centre. The five new Executive Board positions will be staffed by existing members of the Executive Board. Under the leadership of CEO Daniel Ducrey and CFO Jörg Brunner, the Executive Board will be organised as follows:
Property Management will no longer be run as an independent division at Executive Board level. Christoph Egli, former Head of Property Management and member of the Executive Board, is leaving the Executive Board as a result of the reorganisation. He has therefore decided to look for a new challenge outside Mobimo. Christoph Egli has played a significant role in shaping Mobimo’s property management business in recent years. The Board of Directors and the Executive Board would like to express their sincere thanks to him for his many years of successful work. The Board of Directors believes that these adjustments to the management structure will enhance Mobimo’s effectiveness across the entire value chain and in the market. The changes will come into effect on 1 January 2026.
