Anlageziel SEB ELTIF - Capital Four Private Debt D2 (H-SEK) Fonds

The Sub-Fund is open-ended and aims to invest in long-term investments. The investment objective of the Sub-Fund is to generate returns to its Shareholders through investing in European debt instruments which are Eligible Investment Assets under the ELTIF Regulation (collectively "Investments" and each an "Investment"). The Sub-Fund's expected target return is 3 months EURIBOR + 7% gross per annum. There can be no assurance that this target return will be achieved.
