In order to achieve its investment objective, the Fund invests at least 70% of its Net Asset Value in equity and equity-related instruments (namely, futures, forwards, options, options on futures and total return swaps) of companies domiciled in those EU Member States participating in the European Economic and Monetary Union (EMU). The Fund may also invest in the equity and equity-related instruments of other companies, including those EU Member States that, in the opinion of the Investment Manager, are likely to join the EMU in the foreseeable future and companies that are domiciled elsewhere but exercise the predominant part of their economic activity in EMU-participating countries.
