AMINA Bank: AMINAX Monthly Reporting

The AMINAX® Index has demonstrated a strong long-term performance, with a CAGR of 54.2% since inception, closely aligned with Bitcoin’s CAGR of 63.4%. AMINAX rose 8.9% during the month with POL & SOL rallying in-line with BTC and other Alt coins underperforming BTC. Despite a marginal decrease in BTC's market dominance, it is still above 60%.

Unlike the previous crypto cycles, the capital rotation towards Altcoins hasn’t occurred with BTC dominance remaining very high since Mar’24 (when BTC broke its ATH). During a similar period of previous cycles, profit bookings started in BTC & retail traders began to recycle their profits into other, smaller tokens in expectations of higher returns. The previous Alt coins rally started with a capital infusion initially into ETH, followed by other Alt Coins. Off late, ETH’s sharp underperformance relative to BTC indicates that the Alt coins trend has still not ignited.
