The investment objective of the fund is to achieve capital appreciation over a long term investment horizon. In seeking to achieve the investment objective of the Sub-Fund, the Manager will primarily invest in equities and equity related securities of companies or entities whose principal offices are in the People’s Republic of China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan (“Greater China”), or global companies who undertake significant business activities in Greater China or who derive a significant proportion of their income or revenues from Greater China.
