The Sub-Fund aims to outperform the S&P 500® Net Total Return Index (the “Index”) with a similar level of volatility to the Index over three to five years before fees and expenses. The Sub-Fund aims to achieve its investment objective by investing the majority of its Net Asset Value in U.S. equities comprising the Index. The Sub-Fund will invest more than 50% of its Net Asset Value directly in the constituents of the Index and may also invest in the constituents of the Index indirectly through FDI.
