The Fund is an actively managed Fund which seeks to provide investors with returns (before fees and expenses) that match the price return of the S&P 500® Index (the “Index”) up to a predetermined upside cap, while seeking to provide the maximum available buffer (before fees and expenses) against Index losses over approximately a specified one year period.
