The Sub-Fund intends to pursue its objective by utilizing a flexible investment approach that allocates at least 80% of its investments across a wide range of global investment opportunities including equity, fixed income securities, and Alternative Asset Classes (up to 20% of the total net assets), and in derivatives or open-ended investment funds (including other TCW Funds) and Exchange Traded Funds that provide investment exposure to such securities.
