Up to 30% of the NAV of the Fund may be invested in cash, cash equivalents, Money Market Instruments and other debt securities not meeting the above requirements. The average portfolio duration of this Fund will normally be between one and three years. For the purpose of the Fund, short term debt securities will not have a residual maturity exceeding five years or, in the opinion of the Investment Manager, will be called by the issuer during the five years following purchase by the Fund.
