Anlageziel Tikehau Private Strategies - Tikehau European Private Credit R-Dis bis-EUR Fonds

The Sub-Fund will seek to acquire private debt interests in portfolio companies with the objective of receiving interest income, and occasionally, being exposed to potential capital gains. Investments will primarily consist in (i) first lien senior secured debt, and (ii) to a lesser extent, second lien, unsecured, subordinated, mezzanine or holdco debt (the “Debt Instruments”). Some investments will include equity or quasi-equity access instruments to potentially enhance total return and capture equity upside (together with the Debt Instruments, the “Instruments”).
