Anlageziel SF (Lux) SICAV 3 Key Multi-Manager Hedge Fund Focused EUR I Fonds

The investment objective of the passively managed Subfund is to generate capital appreciation by providing investors with a return linked to the performance of the Key Multi-Manager Hedge Fund – Focused Index (EUR), a concentrated hedge fund index. The Subfund will principally invest in equity and debt securities issued by corporate entities domiciled in any OECD country and listed or traded on regulated markets of an OECD country (the "Investment Portfolio"), and for the purpose of meeting its investment objective the Subfund will enter into a performance swap agreement (the "Swap Agreement") negotiated at arm's length with UBS AG (London branch), with another counterparty the obligations of which under the Swap Agreement are guaranteed by UBS AG or with another first class financial institution specialised in this type of transaction (the "Swap Counterparty").
