The Fund’s investment objective is to seek to maximise total return, consisting of income and capital appreciation. The Fund will invest in the global fixed income markets. The Fund will invest primarily in debt securities that are denominated in US Dollars, Euro, Japanese Yen, Pound Sterling and a variety of other currencies and are listed or traded on Regulated Markets located in any country in the world, including Emerging Market Countries, and as listed in Schedule III of the Base Prospectus. In addition, the Fund may invest extensively in financial derivative instruments to gain exposure to the asset classes contemplated by the investment policies set out herein, as explained below.
