Oversold weekly conditions paired with a confirmed cross are useful in predicting the early stages of trend reversals, especially when they occur after extended downside momentum. ChartNerd pointed out that this same configuration appeared twice recently, first in 2024 and again in 2025, and both instances produced powerful rallies.
