The sub-fund seeks to offer investors a long-term investment instrument mainly invested in German small and mid-cap equities. The sub-fund’s assets are mainly invested in small and medium-sized companies which are domiciled or carry out the major part of their commercial business in Germany. Within the limits laid down by the Articles and the regulation in force, the sub-fund may invest in an ancillary way in money-market instruments, deposits and/or cash.
