The investment objective of the Sub-Fund is to seek capital appreciation by generating stable, absolute returns in identifying long and short credit-driven investments in securities of corporate issuers. The Sub-Fund will be managed by MidOcean Credit Fund Management LP. The Sub-Fund will be Actively Managed and is not managed in reference to a benchmark. There can be no assurance that the Sub-Fund will achieve its investment objective. 1.2 Investment Policy The Sub-Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective primarily by taking long and short positions, either directly or indirectly through derivatives in the case of long positions or indirectly through derivatives only in the case of short positions, primarily in corporate bonds and credit default swaps.
