Anlageziel HSBC Global Investment Funds - Global Credit Floating Rate Fixed Term Bond 2023 - 1 PM3HEUR Fonds

The sub-fund aims to provide total return by investing in a portfolio of fixed and floating rate securities for a limited term. Interest rate derivatives will be used to swap fixed rate coupons it receives from fixed rate securities into a floating rate. The sub-fund’s target exposure will be 85% floating rate, 15% fixed rate. It is intended that the sub-fund’s term will end on 30 June 2023 (the “Term Date”), the date when the sub-fund will be liquidated and Shares of the sub-fund will be compulsorily redeemed at the prevailing Net Asset Value per Share. The Term Date may be deferred for up to 3 months if the Board of Directors believes it is in the best interests of shareholders. The Investment Adviser will seek to invest in fixed and floating rate securities with the intention of holding them to maturity whilst actively monitoring and maintaining the portfolio.
