This Fund’s investment objective is to seek to offer investors long-term capital growth by primarily investing in non-US companies. To achieve its objective of capital growth, the Fund will invest primarily in equity securities of non-U.S. companies, the majority of which are traded in mature markets (for example, Japan, Germany and France), and may invest in countries whose economies are still developing (Emerging Market Countries).
