This sub-fund will be invested principally in equities and/or transferable securities equivalent to equities of small- and medium-caps, issued by companies whose registered office and/or whose primary economic activity is in Europe and/or companies listed on the European stock markets (mainly Member States of the European Union, Switzerland and Norway.) The sub-fund may, on an ancillary basis, hold other types of shares, securities equivalent to equities (in particular convertible bonds, warrants, investment certificates) and cash, deposits or money market instruments maturing within 12 months.
