The investment objective of the fund is to provide an absolute return with a limited correlation to market movements, in a manner consistent with environmental, social and governance “ESG” focused investing. The Fund will seek to achieve this investment objective by taking long, synthetic long and synthetic short exposures. The Fund will seek to gain at least 70% of its investment exposure through equity and equity-related instruments (namely, total return swaps further described below) of companies globally.
