The Sub-fund is Feeder (the Feeder) of the "AZ Multi Asset – Renminbi Opportunities" Sub-fund (the Master). The Feeder shall permanently invest at least 85% of its assets in said Master. The aim, investment policy and risk profile of the Feeder and Master Sub-funds will be similar. The investment performance of the Feeder and Master will be similar except for the Feeder's assets which are not invested in the Master.
