In actively managing the Fund, the Investment Manager combines qualitative and quantitative market and fund analysis into a disciplined portfolio construction process to allocate investments across various investment strategies of the Underlying Funds, including long-short equity, market neutral, event driven, arbitrage, fixed income, foreign exchange and global macro set out below under the heading “Underlying Funds’ Investment Strategies”.
