The strategy to achieve those results is to select a concentrated portfolio of stocks generating high level of free cash flow in good and in bad times. The investment manager uses first a top down approach to screen US listed stocks trading on low FCF multiples. Then the resilience of those cash flows is assessed in various economic scenarios to reduce the risk of the portfolio.
