The ETC seeks to provide current income and exposure to the share price of the common stock of MicroStrategy Incorporated (“MSTR”). To achieve this, the ETC will hold the Yieldmax MSTR Option Income Strategy ETF, a US ETP (the “Underlying Asset”). The Underlying Asset seeks to generate monthly income by selling/writing call options on MSTR. It does not invest directly in MSTR.
