So investiert der onemarkets Alternatives Partners Group Private Equity Evergreen Fund - Class O EUR Fonds: The investment objective of the Sub-Fund is to provide participation in a diversified portfolio of private equity investments through investing in the Master ELTIF (as defined below), which itself invest in private equity investments which are ELTIF Eligible Investment Assets under the ELTIF Regulation (collectively "Investments" and each an "Investment"). The Sub Fund qualifies as a Feeder ELTIF within the meaning of the General Part and the ELTIF Regulation. The Sub-Fund may be marketed to Professional Investors as well as to Retail Investors in certain countries of the EEA.
