The Sub Investment Manager selects equity securities through bottom-up fundamental research focusing on identifying socially aware growth companies which exhibit some or all of the following characteristics: (i) participates in an industry with growth potential opportunities; (ii) leads or gains market share; (iii) has identifiable and sustainable competitive advantages; (iv) has a management team that can perpetuate the issuer’s competitive advantage; (v) has high, and preferably rising, return on invested capital; and (vi) demonstrates sustainable ESG characteristics.
