So investiert der Neuberger Berman CLO Income Fund I5 GBP Inc Fonds: The Portfolio aims to achieve a target average return of 4-5% over the Benchmark (as specified in the “Benchmark” section below) before fees over a market cycle (typically 3 years or over) by investing primarily in USD and EUR denominated floating rate collateralised loan obligations (“CLO”) mezzanine debt securities and also in US high yield debt securities which are listed or traded on Recognised Markets. The Sub-Investment Manager will aim to achieve the Portfolio’s investment objective through a disciplined investment process, which seeks to identify CLO mezzanine debt securities which are backed by an underlying portfolio of loans with a higher portfolio score.
