The investment objective of the Fund is to seek long-term capital appreciation. The Investment Manager will actively manage the Fund, seeking to achieve the objective by investing via long and short positions primarily in equity and equity related securities of companies incorporated or operating in developed European markets. The Fund will primarily focus on Europe although it has the flexibility to invest globally, in both developed and emerging markets.
