The Sub-Fund is a feeder compartment that invests at least 85% of its net assets in the Master Fund, and more specifically in Class ID of the Master Fund. The Sub-Fund invests at least 85% of its net assets in the Master Fund. The Sub-Fund may invest the remaining assets, i.e. up to 15% of net assets, in cash in accordance with Article 41, paragraph 2, second subparagraph of the Law of 17 December 2010 and/or in derivative instruments used for hedging purposes, in accordance with Article 41, paragraph 1, point g) and Article 42, paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Law of 17 December 2010. The Sub-Fund is a feeder compartment of the Master Fund and is subject to the restrictions set out in section G of Chapter 5.
