The investment objective of the Sub-Fund is to achieve long term capital growth. The Sub-Fund will invest, under normal market conditions, primarily in a diversified portfolio of global equity securities of companies that it believes will have a positive impact on the environment and/or society through innovation. In seeking to achieve the Sub-Fund’s investment objective, the Investment Manager will deploy a forward-looking approach that is fully integrated in the investment process with focus on innovative technologies and companies that are likely to have a positive impact on the environment, our society, and the world’s ability to create further innovations.
