The Sub-Fund will make the Investments further detailed herein based on their characteristics that demonstrate their capacity to provide the liquidity required in order to be able to make any payments due by the Sub-Fund. Typically, Investments are selected where the Investment Manager considers that such obligations or other instruments offer superior yields and relative credit stability.
