The investment objective of the Fund is to replicate the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of an index that provides exposure to the performance of a systematic covered call strategy. To achieve this, the Fund will employ a “passive management” (or indexing) investment approach and will gain indirect exposure to the individual equity constituents of the Nasdaq 100 Daily Covered Call Index (the Index) in proportion to the weightings comprising the Index.
