EQS-News: New publication date for the annual report of Cherry SE

Munich, 30 April 2025 – Implications of the restructuring concept on reportable elements of the 2024 annual report have led to a postponement of its publication

In the context of the audit of Cherry SE’s 2024 annual financial statements, the publication date of the annual report has been rescheduled. It was originally planned for publication on 30 April 2025.

The postponement results from material events occurring after the balance sheet closing date in connection with the company’s restructuring concept. These events are subject to disclosure and have not yet been fully assessed within the scope of the ongoing audit. Consequently, the 2024 annual report cannot be finalized within the originally scheduled timeframe.

The financing and restructuring milestones disclosed in our ad-hoc announcement of April 22, 2025, as well as their implications, are currently being incorporated into the annual financial documentation. While this results in a delay beyond the statutory timeline, our priority remains on delivering a reliable and comprehensive year-end report.”
