The objective of this Sub-Fund is to outperform its benchmark index over a full market cycle, thanks to investments in an actively managed portfolio of securities of small- and mid-cap companies with registered offices in the United States or who conduct most of their business in the United States. The Sub-Fund qualifies under “Article 8(1) of the Sustainability Regulation” as it promotes a combination of ESG characteristics. Environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria are one of the elements on which management focuses.
