The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve attractive risk-adjusted returns from its investments. The Fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing in a diversified portfolio of up to 40 best-in-class publicly listed companies part owned by private equity sponsors. The Fund may invest in equities and depositary receipts. Investee companies may be domiciled anywhere globally but will have significant operations within Europe and/or North America. The Fund does not have any industry or sector focus.
