The investment objective of the Fund is to provide capital growth over the long-term. The Investment Manager aims to achieve the objective of the Fund by investing in equity and equity related securities which are, or for which the underlying securities are, issued in respect of North American companies across all industry sectors. The Investment Manager considers North American companies to be those whose shares are listed, quoted or traded on a recognised stock exchange in the United States of America or Canada. The Fund is unconstrained with no specific sector or company size bias.
