The Sub-Fund aims at implementing its investment objective by investing in (i) transferable securities, (ii) exchange traded and OTC FDI, (iii) Money Market Instruments, and (iv) other collective investment schemes. The Sub-Fund is classified as “promoting, among other characteristics, environmental or social characteristics, or a combination of those characteristics, provided that the companies in which the investments are made follow good governance practices” within the meaning of Article 8 of SFDR. As the Sub-Fund does not have sustainable investment as its objective it should not be regarded as falling within Article 9 of SFDR.
