Ireland Factory Gate Prices Rise Further
(RTTNews) - Ireland's factory gate prices increased for the fourth consecutive month in March, figures from the Central Statistics Office showed Friday.
The manufacturing industries output price index, excluding VAT, rose 2.1 percent year-over-year in March, slower than the 2.4 percent climb in February.
The annual price index for mining and quarrying surged 12.3 percent in March and those of energy products grew by 10.8 percent.
On a monthly basis, output prices remained unchanged for the second straight month in March.
